Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not create with Colorburst, and what happens if you break these rules.

Effective Date: August 7, 2026
Version: 1.0

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not create with Colorburst, operated by topmind GmbH (Ziehrerstraße 24, 9020 Klagenfurt, Austria). It applies to every prompt you submit, every template you generate, remix, share, or download, and any image you supply where the service offers image input.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and expands on Section 4 (Acceptable Use). Where this policy and the Terms differ, the stricter reading applies.

Colorburst is a coloring book service used by children, parents, and educators. Everything generated here must be suitable for that audience.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Colorburst to generate coloring templates for personal or commercial use — for example, for your own family, your classroom, a coloring book you publish, or products you sell. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not use Colorburst to request, generate, supply, remix, share, or distribute:

Sexual and adult content

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, whether AI-generated, supplied by you, or edited
  • Nudity, fetish content, or depictions of sexual acts
  • Any sexualized depiction of a minor. This is prohibited without exception, is reported to the competent authorities, and results in immediate and permanent account termination.

Faces, likeness, and deepfakes

  • Face swaps, deepfakes, or any manipulation of a person's face or body
  • Realistic depictions of an identifiable real person — public figure or private individual — without their consent
  • Content that impersonates a real person or misrepresents them as saying or doing something they did not
  • Photographs of other people, including children, that you do not have the right to use

Illegal, harmful, and hateful content

  • Content that is illegal under Austrian or EU law
  • Hate speech, or content that demeans or dehumanizes people based on ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age
  • Extremist, terrorist, or violent propaganda, including glorification of such acts
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting of a specific person
  • Instructions for producing weapons, explosives, or illegal drugs
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

4. Prohibited Behavior

You must also not:

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or defeat any content moderation or content rules we apply — including obfuscated prompts, coded language, jailbreak techniques, or splitting prohibited content across several generations
  • Probe, scan, or test our safeguards, or attempt to reverse engineer the service or the underlying models
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools against the service without our written permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or repackage Colorburst as your own generation service
  • Share account credentials or use the service to evade a previous suspension

5. Enforcement

We may review any generation request. Where we reasonably believe that a request, an account, or a piece of content violates this policy, we may refuse or block the generation and remove the content. Reviews may be automated, manual, or both.

Depending on the severity and repetition of a violation, we may:

  • Block the generation and show you a policy notice
  • Remove the generated template or revoke its share link
  • Limit your access to certain features
  • Suspend your account
  • Terminate your account permanently
  • Report the matter to law enforcement where content is illegal

Serious violations — in particular any sexualized depiction of a minor — lead to immediate termination without prior warning.

Where we refuse a request or close an account for a violation, refund eligibility is determined by Creem, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws — see Section 7 of our Terms of Service. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Reporting a Violation

If you come across content on Colorburst that breaches this policy, report it to hi@colorburst.app. Please include the share link or template ID where possible. If you believe your account was actioned in error, write to the same address and we will review the decision.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service and the legal landscape evolve. For material changes we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before they take effect, as described in Section 12 of our Terms of Service.
